Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work. **You Have:** * Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ. **Your Location:** * Our Office: 2447 US HWY2 East Kalispell MT 59901 * Your Projects: High-End Homes in the surrounding area **Your Schedule:** * Full Time (40hrs/Wk) -- We do not short your hours!!! * Mon-Fri from 7:30am to 4:00pm **Your Manager:** * Josh Woody (Director of Operations) **Eyehear's Core Values** * Client Experience * Teamwork * Integrity * Humility * Excellence * Ownership * Innovation ### Your Contribution to Eyehear: * Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep * Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed * Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources * Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors * Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties * Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations * Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team * Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute * Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness ### Eyehear's Contribution to You: * $85k to $110800k/yr -- Yup! * Real Healthcare -- Check! * Retirement Plan w/ Match -- You Bet! * Paid Holidays \& PTO -- Of Course!
