Support Our CommunityThe NewYork-Presbyterian Manhattan Cancer Services Program in the Division of Community and Population Health aims to increase adherence to cancer screening among uninsured adults in the communities of Manhattan. We partner with community and faith based organizations to educate leaders and community members about the importance of cancer screening to prevent or find cancer in its earliest stages. We provide access to no-cost cancer screening , diagnostic and referral to treatment through education, outreach, Navigation and Case Management servicesProgram Coordinator - Community Outreach - Columbia - Grant FundedUnder the guidance of the Program Manager, the Program Outreach Coordinator is responsible for carrying out community-based education, coordination, implementation and administrative duties for assigned department and program. Works in collaboration with community-based organizations, and community practitioners to ensure productivity of program. Oversees daily program management and outcomes reporting.This is a grant funded position.**Preferred Criteria** * Experience in community facing outreach, education and engagement. * Experience with public health program design and evaluation * Experience with data management and analysis * Engagement experience with a wide range of underserved communities * Demonstrated organizational skills * Application of creative thinking in program expansion * Spanish and French multilingual **Required Criteria** * Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
