We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of our clients while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment. **Responsibilities:** * Perform water, fire, and mold damage restoration services efficiently and effectively. * Use specialized equipment for drying, dehumidification, and cleaning. * Document job progress and maintain accurate records of services rendered. * Communicate with clients to explain processes and ensure satisfaction. * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. * Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all operations. * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus. * Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related industry preferred. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions. * Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and customer service skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts. * Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC) is a plus but not required. **About Us:** PuroClean of Vineland has been serving the community for over a decade, providing top-notch restoration services that customers trust.
