**Hybrid, required to work from Office at least one day every week** **Title: Procurement Specialist** **Duration: 12+ Months with possible extensions** **Location: Plano, TX 75024** **Hybrid role 4 days remote and 1 day onsite (Mon Wed Thur and Fri is WFH and on Tuesday Onsite)** **Qualifications:** • Exceptional analytic, organization, presentation and interpersonal skills with applied solid judgement and strategic thinking. • Ability to work independently and successfully manage several projects and/or tasks of varying complexities simultaneously while balancing the workload, constraints and deliverables. • Strong collaboration, communication (written and verbal) and influencing skills. • Experience gathering business, functional/technical requirements, and implementing relevant solutions. • Experience with, but not limited to, procurement of facility management services, software and related technology services. • Demonstrated success influencing key stakeholders on strategic direction based on recommendations backed by in-depth analysis. • Demonstrated experience investigating root causes for production critical incidents, and implementation of countermeasures • Experience with troubleshooting complex integrated applications/processes. • Proven experience providing technical leadership and guidance to team members and project peers. • Experience with Ariba PTP System **Added bonus if you have (Preferred):** • 5 or more years' experience in Indirect Sourcing • Contract drafting and negotiation experience. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field • Ability to work with large, distributed teams with diverse competencies, skills, and ability to work in fast-paced/high-pressure culture. • Automotive industry experience • Analytical skills to build business solutions to best support business vision and strategy.
