This role focuses on helping children ages 3--5 build confidence, independence, and kindergarten readiness skills through engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Our Preschool Teachers create safe, welcoming classrooms where children learn through exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities * Implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.
