Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. We're looking for part-time coaches who are passionate about working with children and bringing energy and enthusiasm to every session. **What You Get:** * **Great pay:** $20--$24/hour, with opportunities for advancement (sessions are typically 30--45 minutes) * **Flexible scheduling:** Seasonal (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter) * **Paid training** * **Variety of locations:** Childcare centers, preschools, and public parks **Coaching Shifts Available:** * **Weekday mornings:** 9:00am--12:30pm * **Weekend mornings:** 9:00am--12:30pm * **Some weekday evenings:** 4:45pm--6:45pm *Flexible scheduling available. Coaches do not need to be available for all shifts.* **What We're Looking For:** **Responsible** Timely, attentive, safety-conscious, and reliable with your schedule **Engaging** Confident leading groups of 10 children in a fun, structured environment **Enthusiastic \& Fun** Outgoing, energetic, and able to connect with young children (ages 2--8) **Patient \& Adaptable** Flexible when things don't go as planned and able to keep sessions moving **Professional** Friendly and respectful with parents, staff, and partners **Team Player** Collaborative, dependable, and a strong communicator **Soccer Enthusiast** Soccer experience is a plus, but not required---experience with children is key **Experience with Children** Comfortable engaging and interacting with young children **Reliable Transportation** Must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record; equipment transport may be required **Background Check** Must pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting **Age Requirement** Must be at least 18 years old If this sounds like a great fit, we'd love to hear from you!
