OPEN POSITION: Physician - Vascular \& Pain Medicine SCHEDULE: - Full-Time - 40 Hours per Week - 4-Day and 5-Day Options - Monday to Friday - No Weekends - No Holidays - No Evenings - No On-Call COMPENSATION: - $450,000 to $750,000 Annual Income - $250,000 to $350,000 Base Salary, negotiable based on experience - Generous Productivity Structure (no threshold; begins immediately) - Malpractice Insurance - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - Professional Expenses Reimbursed - Full Package Negotiable LOCATION: Bethesda, Maryland COMPANY PROFILE: This physician-owned-and-led private practice opened in 2015 and offers a full scope of pain medicine and vein disease services in a comfortable, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being owned and operated entirely by board certified physicians, their offices offer providers the day-to-day autonomy of working in a private practice setting, while receiving the support of a larger infrastructure. With a talented team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, they operate nearly 50 offices in 6 states. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Physicians see an average of 20 to 25 patients per day with the support of on-site sonographers and clinical assistants, who also help with charting and documentation. Specific duties of the role include: - consultations - follow-up visits - development of treatment plans - joint, musculoskeletal, and pain interventions - radiofrequency ablation - sclerotherapy - laser ablation - VenaSeal - ClariVein The practice sees patients for, among other conditions: - pain and musculoskeletal conditions - restless leg syndrome - venous insufficiency - leg swelling / heaviness - varicose veins - spider veins The practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment with state-of-the-art equipment. The practice is seeking an experienced pain physician who is interested in learning vascular procedures. Full training in vein procedures will be provided in the Bethesda office.
