**About the Job**: Law Office of Craig H. Effrain, P.C. has an opening for a part-time, remote attorney handling vendor contract reviews for a certain financial organization. The vendor contracts will need to be reviewed, marked-up and, as necessary, negotiated with counter-party. This is a good opportunity to supplement your income. **Qualifications**: Five years of transactional experience including reviewing and negotiating contracts and general corporate work. Effective communication and contract drafting skills. Organized and ability to meet deadlines. Detailed oriented. A commitment to integrity and courtesy to clients and colleagues. **Skills**: Vendor contracts, negotiations, corporate and contract law; and, experience handling AI issues in vendor contracts would be very helpful. **Part-time, remote** Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $80.00 - $125.00 per hour Experience: * corporate or contract law: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
