They say it's a perfect place to be valued as an employee and above all as a person.**About the Job** ● Clean Inspection Bonus: $100 ● Referral Bonus: $2000 ● Load Pay ● Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only) ● Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop ● Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours ● Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours ● Orientation Pay: $150**Job Summary** * Company Driver (W2, Solo) * Flatbed trailer * OTR * $1,950 - $2,450 total weekly avg. pay * $0.65 - $0.70 CPM * 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week * $2,500 sign on bonus * Dedicated, Line Haul * No Driver Load/Unload * 25% tarping * No slip seating Home Time * 14 expected days out * You can stay out longer if you want to * Get 2 days of home time for every 14 days worked * Home at least 2 weekends per month **Benefits** * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K and 401K with company match * Paid holidays * Paid vacation Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to * Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. * Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. * Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. * Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. * Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. * Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
