**Job Title:** NORAM ACC Head **Job Location:**Atlanta, GA **We have an exciting opportunity for a *NORAM ACC Head*who will be responsible for leading the execution, control, and optimization of all commercial pricing, tender management and spot quote activities within the Air Freight product. This role ensures timely, competitive, and profitable pricing solutions while setting pricing guidelines and overall commercial strategy.** **This position leads a team of diversified employees consisting of management and high-level analysts. It acts as the central authority for pricing governance, country-led bids, and high-impact commercial decision-making while developing a high-performing pricing organization.** **++Key Responsibilities++:** **· Lead, coach, and develop a team of Air Freight Pricing Analysts; manage performance, workload prioritization, and KPIs** **· Drive profitable volume growth across Airfreight through competitive pricing strategies spanning spot quotes, tenders, and country-led bids** **· Oversee regional spot/adhoc pricing execution, ensuring fast turnaround, strong win rates, and margin optimization** **· Govern all pricing responses for RFQs (global, regional, and country-led), ensuring high-quality submissions and alignment with commercial strategy** **· Lead pricing risk management, including escalation frameworks and approval of high-value or strategic opportunities** **· Partner with Sales, Product, Carrier Management, and country leadership to align pricing decisions with market conditions and capacity dynamics** **· Monitor performance (e.g., win rate, margin, turnaround time) and drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and tools** **++Skills / Requirements++:** * **Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain** * **8+ years of airfreight forwarding experience with deep expertise in pricing, RFQs, and spot market dynamics along with leadership experience managing teams in a matrix organization** * **Demonstrated leadership capability, including team management or mentoring experience** * **Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data to improve win rates, margin, and decision-making** * **Proficiency in pricing, quoting, and forwarding systems; advanced Excel skills required** * **Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Operations, and leadership levels.** **Pay Range: $150,637.50 - $200,850.00+ (Based on Experience)** **Benefits (All Non-Union Employees)** * **Compensation:** Competitive base salary plus role dependent performance-based incentives. * **401(k) Match:** $1-for-$1 match up to 4% quarterly + 2% annual base contribution. * **Stock Purchase Plan:** Ability to purchase Deutsche Post AG shares at a discounted rate. * **Medical:** Comprehensive plans covering preventive care, inpatient/outpatient services, and prescriptions. * **Vision:** Optional coverage for exams, frames, and contacts. * **Dental:** Optional coverage for preventive, basic, and major services. * **Paid Time Off:** 7 major holidays, 8 floating holidays, and accrued vacation/sick days. **Why Join DHL Global Forwarding?** At DHL Global Forwarding, we invest in our employees' growth, providing training, guidance, and career advancement opportunities.
