**Description** We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will create visually compelling videos and animations that elevate digital and social media campaigns. Based in Costa Mesa, California, this position focuses on short-form content and promotional highlights, requiring a strong ability to craft dynamic motion graphics and animations. Responsibilities: Design and edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with creative guidelines. Produce highlight reels and promotional videos that captivate audiences and enhance brand visibility. Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to elevate visual storytelling. Enhance existing video templates by improving design elements and optimizing for various platforms. Incorporate sound design and audio editing to complement video content and ensure high-quality output. Experiment with diverse editing styles to create unique and impactful video content. Utilize stop motion and animation techniques to produce creative and innovative visuals. Apply 3D animation and visual effects to enrich video projects and add depth to the final product. Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives. Ensure all content adheres to digital marketing standards and social media best practices. **Requirements** Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for advanced video editing tasks. Expertise in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation creation. Strong experience in producing short-form video content tailored to social media platforms. Ability to edit highlight reels and promotional videos with a focus on storytelling. Knowledge of sound design and audio editing techniques to enhance video projects. Familiarity with stop motion and animation techniques to create unique visuals. Exposure to 3D animation and visual effects for dynamic content production.
