We are looking for a **Senior Underwriter** who has deep Underwriting expertise with certifications (DE/LAPP/SAR). **Your Impact** As a Senior Underwriter, you won't just be checking boxes. You will: • **Decision a Full Spectrum:** Handle FHA, VA, Conforming, USDA, and Bond/Grant programs. • **Be a Subject Matter Expert:** Act as a go-to resource for loan officers and processors to help structure complex files. • **Drive Quality:** Ensure minimal turn times while maintaining "zero-defect" quality standards.
