Medical Assistant - Pediatric Private Practice, Direct Hire

Join a dedicated pediatric office where your clinical skills will directly support children and families in your community! We are recruiting for a full-time Medical Assistant to join a well-established private practice located on the west side of Rochester. This is a Direct Hire role with steady weekday hours and only limited weekend coverage.Hours: Monday--Friday, 8:00AM--4:30PM or 8:30AM--5:00PM, with a rotating Saturday morning shift (approximately 1--2 times/month).Salary: $18--21/hourYour day-to-day will include: * Rooming patients and preparing them for physician visits * Recording vitals, heights, and weights * Assisting with basic lab testing (such as strep and mono swabs) * Supporting the physicians and nursing team in providing excellent care * Prior medical or health-related experience required * Hands-on clinical experience highly preferred * Enthusiasm for working in pediatrics and an outpatient environment This position offers the opportunity to become part of a smaller, community-focused practice where you'll enjoy a predictable schedule, personal connections with patients, and the reward of caring for children in a welcoming setting.
