**Position Overview:** - Our client is a long-standing automotive service provider. This role is suited to diagnostic technicians seeking consistent work, solid hours, and performance-based earning potential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review work orders with service advisors. - Perform inspections and diagnostics. - Estimate labor and parts. - Complete repairs across major systems and install parts and components. - Document findings clearly. **Qualifications:** - 5-10 years of experience; 3-4 years considered. - Experience with domestic, Asian, and German vehicles. - Strong electrical diagnostic ability (5-8 /10). - Experience with Identifix and shop equipment. - Own tools (must provide value). - Valid driver's license. **Compensation \& Benefits:** - Performance bonuses ($1,500-$7,000/month). - PTO and holidays. - 401(k) match. - Health, dental, and vision.
