**Market Manager -- Phoenix** **Instant Offer Furniture** Instant Offer Furniture is expanding into the Phoenix market and looking for a Market Manager to help launch and operate our new location. We purchase high-quality furniture directly from homeowners, coordinate pickup with our in-house logistics team, and resell the items through our showroom and online marketplaces. Our model combines logistics, resale, and technology to create a streamlined way for people to sell furniture quickly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operations, logistics, and building something from the ground up. We are targeting an April 15th launch in Phoenix, and this role will be critical in helping us get the market up and running. **Responsibilities:** Market Launch * Work directly with leadership to launch the Phoenix market * Help establish warehouse operations and daily workflows * Build and manage the initial local team Team Management * Manage a small team consisting of one operations associate and two delivery drivers * Coordinate scheduling and daily priorities * Ensure strong performance and accountability across the team Operations * Manage day-to-day warehouse operations * Oversee intake, inspection, and organization of furniture inventory * Ensure items are processed quickly and ready for listing Logistics * Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules * Ensure efficient routing and high-quality service for customers * Maintain organization and efficiency within the warehouse Inventory \& Listings * Evaluate incoming furniture * Oversee pricing and online marketplace listings * Monitor inventory flow and turnover **What We're Looking For:** We are looking for a go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited about helping build a new market from the ground up. **The ideal candidate is:** * Highly organized and operationally minded * A strong problem solver who can figure things out quickly * Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving environment * Confident managing and motivating a small team * Self-directed and able to take ownership of the market Experience in operations, logistics, moving, warehouse management, or resale businesses is a strong plus. **Compensation** * Competitive base salary * Performance-based monthly bonuses * Total comp $70k-$90k * Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the company expands into additional markets **Location:** Phoenix, AZ Showroom-based role **About the Role:** This is not a typical management position.
