**Qualifications** * **Bachelor degree** in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing with **3 to 5 years of experience** in an industrial environment. * Proficiency in **CAD software** , **Microsoft Office Suite** , and **project management software**. * Direct experience managing **greenfield facility** setups or the **transfer of production lines**. * Professional fluency in **Mandarin** and **English** to facilitate technical discussions across global regions. * Expertise in **Lean Manufacturing** principles including **5S** , **Kaizen** , and **Value Stream Mapping**. * Thorough understanding of **ISO 9001** quality management systems and **OSHA** safety regulations. **Responsibilities** * Create and maintain a detailed **project plan** outlining every phase of the **manufacturing line transfer** and monitoring critical deadlines. * Oversee the **decommissioning** , **installation** , and **calibration** of machinery and specialized tooling at the new site. * Ensure all **technical manuals** , **engineering drawings** , and **work instructions** are updated and accurately transferred. * Coordinate with **cross-functional teams** including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to align on project needs. * Identify **project risks** and **bottlenecks** early to implement effective mitigation strategies and backup plans.
