**Location:** Clearwater, FL **Salary:** $40.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD Hourly **Description:** **Position: Manufacturing Engineer (CCA \& Assembly)** **Location: Clearwater, FL** **About the Role** We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for circuit card assemblies (CCA) and electromechanical subassemblies. This role partners closely with design engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability, efficiency, and product quality across the production lifecycle. **Responsibilities** Design and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for circuit card assemblies and module/subassemblies Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop efficient production workflows Collaborate with design engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and enhance manufacturability Support the production floor by working directly with operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve throughput Design, procure, and implement tooling and fixtures to support production processes Incorporate inspection and testing requirements into manufacturing plans Evaluate the performance of machinery, tools, and equipment; identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions Ensure all processes comply with applicable regulations, quality standards, and specifications Provide technical guidance on design concepts to optimize manufacturing methods and equipment utilization. **Minimum Qualifications** 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related field Experience with general assembly processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with circuit card assembly (CCA) manufacturing processes Familiarity with cable harness and wire harness design/assembly Knowledge of electromechanical subassemblies Understanding of industry standards such as J-STD-001 Exposure to surface mount technology (SMT) processes Ability to read wire harness prints and schematics By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
