Manufacturing Engineer

* We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in scaling and optimizing our manufacturing operations * This individual will act as the primary point of contact for all manufacturing-related activities with one of our contract manufacturers (CM), overseeing day-to-day execution, production targets, and issue resolution * The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will also lead continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements to ensure that our manufacturing capabilities can scale as we continue to grow rapidly * This role will involve close collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations, to support the development and execution of robust manufacturing strategies * Support Manufacturing Operations: Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for manufacturing activities with our contract manufacturer, helping ensure operations align with Bevi's production goals, quality standards, and timelines. Escalate larger issues to senior engineers and leadership * Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to processes, equipment, and materials that increase manufacturing efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Use data to help pinpoint bottlenecks and opportunities * Participate in Problem-Solving: Support cross-functional efforts to resolve manufacturing issues, including quality defects and operational inefficiencies. Apply structured problem-solving methods to perform root cause analysis and help implement corrective actions * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality) and external partners (contract manufacturers, suppliers) to help ensure manufacturing processes meet Bevi's quality and production standards * Support Manufacturing Scalability: Contribute to initiatives that help Bevi's manufacturing capabilities grow with the business, supporting the plans set by senior engineers and leadership * Support Supplier and Vendor Relationships: Assist in working with suppliers and contract manufacturers, providing technical support for process improvements, testing procedures, and quality monitoring * Maintain Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process flows, work instructions, and engineering change orders.
