Maintenance Technician Needed

P2 Property Management, a family owned, and operated company has an opening for a full-time maintenance technician in Ozaukee County. Maintenance Technician duties will include but not limited to: - Performing multi-family building maintenance, minor renovations, appliance repairs, grounds work\|/snow removal and all general tasks to maintain properties. - Conduct inspections as required, per policy and participate in preventative maintenance. - Alert management when work is outside of staff's capabilities. Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary. - Clean work area, tools, and equipment. Care, maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by P2 Development and Property Management. - Clearly and effectively communicate as well as interact with residents and staff in a courteous manner. Required Skills: - Previous maintenance experience; - Customer service oriented; - Ability to prioritize projects; - Work independently or as a team; - Full -time schedule, including required On Call hours; - Basic knowledge of "smart" phones; - Valid driver's license; - Punctual Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $27.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Work Location: In person
