The firm has shown outstanding growth since its foundation in 2019, currently generating over €100m in turnover and operating in over 30 locations in Germany. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a setup that guarantees successful applicants exceptional deal flow within a great and collaborative working atmosphere. **What the job involves** * Work as part of a small team, directly with the responsible Head of M\&A and C-Level management * Actively contribute to the M\&A process from initial lead sourcing, valuation and analysis of potential targets, negotiation, till closing of the transaction * Coordinate the overall due diligence process and lead individual DD work streams * Support management in the post-merger integration processes, involvement in all aspects of the M\&A transaction process **Who we are looking for** * You have first gained experience in M\&A within investment banking, consulting, the big four or from a similar role in a corporate set-up * Strong communication skills are essential, including native-level German and fluent English * Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills * You are a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment * Good with numbers, proactive with a positive attitude #LI-MA1 **You will be redirected to the company's website -- you must complete the application on their platform to apply.**
