**Basketball Coach (Part-Time) -- Youth Summer Camp** **Location:** Syosset, NY We are seeking an energetic, responsible, and passionate Basketball Coach to join our youth enrichment program. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, teaching basketball fundamentals, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment. Responsibilities * Lead basketball instruction for students in grades K--8 * Teach fundamental skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and game strategy * Plan and organize age-appropriate drills and activities * Supervise students during practices and games * Ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants * Communicate effectively with camp staff and program directors Qualifications * Previous basketball coaching or playing experience * Experience working with children preferred * Strong leadership and communication skills * Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude * Ability to pass background screening Schedule * Summer Camp: Weekday mornings between 9:30am and 11:30am from 7/6/2026 to 8/14/2026 for 6 weeks.
