You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development. **What You Need** * Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina *(required --- we are not able to hire other license types at this time)* * **Post-graduate clinical hours already accrued toward full licensure** *(required --- this role is best suited for associates who are actively logging supervised hours, not candidates just beginning their post-graduate track)* * Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families * Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems * Available Mon--Fri 3--8 PM **Preferred** * Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities * Prior school-based or youth-focused experience * Bilingual Spanish/English fluency * Active NPI and CAQH Pay Range $35---$45 USD
