The **++Lead Technician / Crew Chief++** coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on residential and commercial projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and perform production work according to SERVPRO® processes and ensure quality control * Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews. * Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians, coach and train them, and supervise their activities * Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided * Monitor assigned jobs from start to finish * Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects * Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues * Manage data using industry software programs * Communicate, follow and enforce all OSHA guidelines for job safety * Be readily available for on-calls and emergencies R**equirements** * **Experience in restoration work related to clean up from damage caused by water, fire, and mold is required.** * Experience leading and supervising a team in the restoration industry is required * IICRC certifications highly preferred * Experience using industry related software programs * Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary * Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as required * Ability to be On-Call as needed * Valid driver's license * Able to comply with franchise guidelines * Effective written and oral communication * Preferable bilingual (English/Spanish), English is mandatory. **Physical and Work Environment Requirements:** * Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance * Exposure to chemicals * Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, * Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights * Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings) * Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects **Benefits:** * Health Insurance * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off * Uniforms provided * Training provided * Company vehicles *All employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
