The Learning Experience -- Worcester is seeking a versatile **Lead Teacher** who can provide strong classroom leadership and support across our early childhood education program. This role is ideal for an experienced educator who is comfortable working with multiple age groups and enjoys being someone the teaching team can count on. You'll lead engaging classroom experiences, support fellow educators, and help maintain consistent standards throughout the school. What You'll Do * Lead and support classrooms across the center based on daily needs * Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.
