Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, economics, computer science, or data science preferred. - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role in related fields such as data analysis, data engineering, finance, operations, or business intelligence. - Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data visualization, and Power Query/Get \& Transform Data. - Significant experience with analytical tools is required; familiarity with Power BI is highly advantageous. - Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, and R is preferred, though not mandatory. - Strong background in exploring and constructing complex datasets and data models to generate actionable insights. - Exceptional communication abilities, capable of conveying findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented mindset, adaptability, ability to multitask, and critical thinking skills. - Skills in ETL development, dimensional modeling, data warehousing, data visualization, and data analysis.
