Lead, Client Partnerships

PUSH is growing and looking to add a Lead, Client Partnerships to our team. This role is ideal for someone who is grounded in media and creative fundamentals, confident owning day-to-day client relationships, and motivated by the opportunity to shape smarter, more effective solutions for brands. You are comfortable operating at both a lead and hands-on execution level, enjoy connecting the dots across media channels, and are excited by real-time learning, optimization, and performance-driven thinking. This role does not include direct reports and requires someone who is comfortable working independently while supporting senior leadership as needed and partnering with the Managing Director, Client Partnerships U.S. At PUSH, the Lead, Client Partnerships is empowered to contribute ideas, make recommendations, and play an active role in how client strategies evolve. You will work closely with senior leaders, media specialists, and creative partners in a nimble, independent agency environment that values curiosity, accountability, and forward thinking. **What You Will Do** **Client Service** * Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships through clear communication, active listening, and proactive management * Participate in client calls and meetings, providing confident topline updates on campaign performance, timelines, and next steps * Capture clear and concise project details, ensuring alignment across clients and internal teams and documenting agreed-upon next steps * Prepare client presentations, status decks, and materials in collaboration with internal media and creative teams * Engage at the project level, reviewing outputs and outcomes critically to ensure work meets client expectations * Support the Managing Director, Client Partnerships U.S. as needed in identifying opportunities for client growth, optimization, and expanded engagement **Media Planning \& Buying Knowledge** * Contribute to media recommendations across channels, applying both foundational media knowledge and performance insights * Understand how key media channels work together, including digital, social, search, programmatic, OOH, print, radio, and television * Collaborate closely with Media Operations to ensure accurate execution, pacing, and delivery across campaigns * Manage reporting timelines and quality, ensuring data is clear, accurate, and actionable **Campaign Management** * Oversee campaign timelines and deliverables across internal teams and partners * Review reporting to extract insights and support post-campaign analysis and learnings * Maintain campaign documentation including budgets, media plans, project details, and performance summaries **What You Bring** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field * 5-7 years of experience in an agency environment, ideally within client service, media planning, or integrated creative teams * Ability to operate at a lead level while remaining hands-on and execution focused * Strong understanding of media and creative fundamentals and terminology * Experience working across both digital and traditional media * Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with comfort working in media planning and reporting tools * Clear, confident communication and presentation skills * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * A high level of accountability and ownership, with attention to detail and follow-through * An AI-forward, innovative agency mindset **Additional Services \& Experience** Experience across one or more of the following is considered a strong asset: * Social influencers and creator partnerships * Digital marketing platforms * Websites and app-based experiences * Have worked with clients in one or more of the following categories: Automotive, Entertainment, CPG or DTC **Why PUSH** PUSH is a modern, independent agency built for where marketing is going next. In addition to base salary, eligible roles may participate in performance-based bonus, commission, or incentive programs.
