**Fairfield Inn \& Suites -- Nashville, TN** We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Laundry Room Attendant to join our hotel team! **Job Responsibilities:** * Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, including sheets, towels, and washcloths. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary laundry room. * Ensure clean linens are properly stocked and readily available for the housekeeping team. * Conduct regular linen inventory counts and accurately report quantities, shortages, damaged items, and missing linens to management. * Monitor linen usage and help maintain appropriate inventory levels. * Inspect linens for stains, damage, and excessive wear. * Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and follow proper laundry procedures. * Monitor laundry supplies and report shortages or equipment issues to management. * Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and attendance standards. * Work efficiently and cooperatively with the housekeeping team to support daily hotel operations. **Qualifications:** * Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, and move laundry loads. * Ability to complete inventory counts accurately and maintain organized records. * Previous hotel laundry or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. * Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. **What We're Looking For:** A team member who takes pride in their work, maintains accurate linen inventory, keeps the laundry room organized, and understands the importance of ensuring the housekeeping team has the supplies needed for daily operations.
