**Kitchen Team Member -- Bron Yr Aur Brewing Co.** *Naches, WA \| Part-Time Available \| 15-20 hours* Bron Yr Aur is looking for the right person to join our kitchen team. No prior kitchen experience is required. In fact, we may prefer someone new to kitchen work who is eager to learn, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to grow with us. We are a craft brewery focused on quality, consistency, and creating a great experience for every guest. We're looking for someone dependable, coachable, and motivated --- someone who cares about doing their job well and being part of a team. **This position requires full availability and applicants must be 18 years or older.** **What You'll Do:** * Prepare and assemble menu items with care and consistency * Follow recipes and kitchen procedures * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace * Assist with food prep, stocking, and cleaning tasks * Work efficiently during busy service periods * Support the team wherever needed **What We're Looking For:** * Experience preferred but not required --- we will train the right person if needed * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Positive attitude and ability to take direction * Dependable and punctual * Ability to stay focused and productive during shifts * Pride in doing quality work **Requirements:** * Must be 18 years or older * Must have full availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends We are not looking for someone with the most experience --- we are looking for someone with the right attitude. **\* This position is included in the tip pool** Benefits: * Employee discount Pay: $17.13 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 -- 20.0 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Application Question(s): * Applications without thoughtful responses will not be considered.
