This role is active, fun, and meaningful --- you help children build confidence, strength, and social skills through structured play and fitness. **Responsibilities** * Teach children's fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child classes * Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines * Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers * Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!) * Ensure a clean, safe, healthy environment * Support daily operations and work collaboratively with the team **What We're Looking For** * High-energy, friendly, and comfortable engaging with kids * Reliable communicator with strong teamwork skills * Confident performing, speaking, or leading in front of groups * Ability to work **25 hours per week**, including weekends * Comfortable with cleaning and maintaining safety standards * Experience in **sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theater, or early childhood education** is a big plus **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly pay (Party hosts regularly earn additional tips on weekends, increasing overall hourly earnings). * Weekend tips for birthday parties * Flexible scheduling * A positive, supportive team environment * Growth opportunities --- we promote from within **How to Apply** Submit your resume.
