**Job Description:** Special Education Extended School Year services for six weeks starting on June 29, 2026 to August 6, 2026. During these 6 weeks, expected hours for ESY staff are Monday-Thursday from 8:45 am-2:15 pm to provide in-person direct services to students with disabilities.Summer rate for professional ESY staff is $9,181 for the stipend or $61.21/hour.An internal posting has been put up on the District's application website . You must sign in through a Current LMSD Employee account (see top right of TalentEd website).PA Certification in Special Education and PA secondary content certification required (for secondary Special Education teachers) or PA Elementary Education certification required (for elementary Special Education teachers); 3-5 years teaching experience supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs is preferred. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of students and experience working with students with various types of educational disabilities required. Experience working with students with emotional, social, and behavioral needs preferred; Good standing relative to Act 48 credits.
