**Junior Project Manager - Electronic Warfare M/F** **Type of contract**: Permanent **Location**: Erding (hybrid) **Ref**: 2125 **The recruiting company**: Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector. **Key points of the position**: Reporting to the senior PM, you will bridge between fast-paced engineering teams and the structured high-tech defense procurement world. You will manage internal product lines as well as complex collaborative projects with external partners: you transform product ideas into precise requirements and drive them relentlessly until they are fully realized, deployed products. As a **Project Manager**, your responsibilities will include: * Managing full project lifecycles (planning, execution, delivery), * Leading and coordinating embedded/IoT/RF engineering teams, * Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, * Driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables, * Conducting risk assessments and mitigation planning, * Regular reporting on progress and KPIs. **Necessary skills**: * ++YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE DEFENSE SECTOR AS A PROJECT MANAGER, AND YOU MUST HOLD DE/EU NATIONALITY FOR DEFENSE CLEARANCE.++ * **Experience** in project management, ideally in **IoT** , **UWB** , **embedded systems** , or **defense tech**, * Strong communication and leadership skills, * Self-driven and able to manage remote projects efficiently, * **German language**: fluent proficiency required, * **Citizenship**: German or European Union (required for defense clearance).
