Requirements - ----------- **Educational Background:** Completed University degree or a commercial vocational training. **Experience:** Initial practical experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Customer Service is an advantage, but not a requirement (entry-level candidates are welcome). **Communication Skills:** Strong communication and negotiation skills. **Work Style:** A structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working. **Mindset:** A team player with a proactive, "hands-on" mentality. **Language Skills:** Excellent German skills (Native/Bilingual) as well as good proficiency in English.
