Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - We require at least two years of experience with an object-oriented programming language and SQL, with C# preferred. - We need strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - We look for excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organization and interpersonal abilities. - We expect proven problem-solving capability. - We prefer technical familiarity with Entity Framework, debugging existing codebases, and understanding application or data workflows across connected systems. - We value industry or workflow knowledge in remittance processing, document scanning and imaging, merchant services, online payment processing, or client implementation support, or the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar business processes using available technical resources. Responsibilities: - ---------------- - We review the technical helpdesk and respond to support tickets from internal team members and escalated client issues. - We evaluate requests from internal teams, implementation, sales, support, and clients to understand expected software behavior and areas of impact. - We troubleshoot issues using business context and current system behavior, implement small changes, and judge when to work independently or escalate for guidance. - We examine available technical resources, including source code, to understand how existing processes work before making changes. - We break down small software changes into clear steps, identify affected workflows and testing needs, and seek senior guidance when requirements or technical direction are unclear. - We identify, report, and resolve bugs in web, desktop, and console applications, as well as data workflows. - We collaborate in design and brainstorming sessions with technical and non-technical colleagues, asking questions and sharing observations based on business needs and system behavior. - We perform peer code reviews and incorporate feedback respectfully. - We contribute to medium-sized projects as part of a team and support small projects either independently or with others. - We create and execute written test cases to verify technical functionality and expected business behavior. - We handle other duties as assigned. - ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Company: - ------- We are Retail Lockbox, Inc., a leading provider of payment, image, and credit card processing solutions.
