Journeyman Electrician

The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for planning layouts, installing, repairing wiring, fixtures, and control equipment. They mentor Apprentice Electricians and promote excellent customer service and safety. Key duties include preparing sketches, following blueprints, installing electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety codes. They troubleshoot faulty equipment, work from heights, and advise management on hazardous conditions. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3-5 years of experience, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Preferred candidates may hold an electrician's license and have lighting experience. The pay range is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
