We're hiring a Journeyman Electrician in the Oak Cliff/Dallas, TX area.We are seeking a Texas-licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our first-shift production team. This position plays a critical role in the electrical assembly and installation of large industrial generators and custom enclosures. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial manufacturing environments and a strong understanding of electrical codes, safety practices, and large-scale electrical system integration.**What We Offer** Weekly pay: $30-$40 per hour (DOE)Direct deposit and debit card payment optionsHealth, vision, dental, life, and disability insuranceJourneyman Electrician Tasks \& DutiesInstall, wire, and test electrical components for industrial generator units, enclosures, and related systemsRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and layout drawingsRoute, bend, and install conduit (EMT, RMC, and flexible) according to code and engineering specificationsTerminate wiring for control panels, motors, switches, breakers, sensors, and high-voltage systemsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentEnsure all work meets or exceeds Texas electrical codes and NEC requirementsCollaborate with engineers, fabricators, and other trades during the build processFollow all safety protocols and participate in toolbox talks and ongoing safety trainingMaintain accurate documentation for inspections, installations, and testing proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentUse safe methods when handling tools and equipment per company safety programWork around operating equipment and in confined spaces as requiredJourneyman Electrician Shift InfoDay Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PMMonday - FridayJourneyman Electrician Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)Current and valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License issued by the Texas Department ofLicensing and Regulation (TDLR)Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Journeyman Electrician in an industrial manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of NEC and TDLR regulations applicable to manufacturing facilitiesExperience with installation and troubleshooting of large industrial equipmentAbility to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprintsExperience with generator systems, switchgear, control panels, and motor control systemsFamiliarity with PLCs and industrial automation systemsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferredAbility to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments, including heightsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to work overtime as neededClean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkAuthorized to work in the U.S.Effective oral and written communication skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusApply today!
