Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - Completed university degree (Diploma (University of Applied Sciences) / Bachelors) in the IT field or equivalent qualification - Current, initial practical experience in the field of IT security / information security - In-depth knowledge of common IT security standards, particularly BSI IT-Grundschutz or comparable frameworks - Analytical approach, structured documentation, and a keen sense for practical solutions - Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration - High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and motivation to actively help shape security processes Responsibilities: - ---------------- - Actively shape security processes and contribute to protecting critical IT infrastructure and sensitive data - Contribute to the creation, further development, and quality assurance of IT security concepts in accordance with BSI IT-Grundschutz and relevant standards - Manage and provide technical support for acceptance testing - Advise business departments and IT operations on IT security requirements - Identify vulnerabilities and develop practical improvement measures - Plan, conduct, and follow up on security reviews/audits, including documentation and the derivation of measures - Evaluate technological innovations from IT security and compliance perspectives - Analyze and evaluate information security risks in cooperation with IS risk management, operational security management, and IT operations - Establish and maintain knowledge management, and design and implement training and awareness-raising measures for IT security - Develop guidelines, recommendations for action, and technical analyses for IT departments and decision-making bodies - Participate in or lead projects, working groups, and committees - --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Company: - ------- We are the German Federal Pension Insurance, located in Berlin, specifically Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.
