May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. KSA's/Required QualificationsKSAs: * Demonstrated ability to work with college faculty and staff in support of internship experiences that support student academic and personal development * Skills and familiarity with online career technologies and management systems, preferably Symplicity * Ability to articulate the needs and concerns of historically under-represented and ethnically diverse populations * Excellent customer service skills, to include the ability to effectively follow up and follow through * Effective written, interpersonal and presentations skills, with small and large groups * Effective problem-solving and organizational skills * Ability to use and analyze data to evaluate and improve programs * Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team **Minimum work experience:** * Experience supporting and developing work-based-learning or internship experiences. * Experience in counseling, human resources, social service, college or college bound programs. * Experience in data collection and outcomes assessment * Experience in academic program engagement. * Experience with planning and coordinating events. **Additional Considerations** **Additional Considerations:** * Experience in project management * Proficient in computer usage, including PeopleSoft, Navigate Student Information System, or career management systems such as Symplicity * Partnership building experience.
