Requirements - ----------- ### Must have: ### - 5+ years of experience in software project management, business analysis, or product ownership - Strong understanding of software development and solution delivery lifecycles - Demonstrated business analysis capability, including discovery interviews, requirements gathering, process mapping, and structured documentation - Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and break down document-centric processes into automated workflows - Capability to design solutions at a high level and guide developers without writing production code - Excellent written communication for requirements, specifications, and solution documentation - Experience with budgeting, estimating, and tracking project finances - Experience leading QA and validating delivered software - Strong customer-facing communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once - Willingness and aptitude to become an expert in Laserfiche - Strong advantage if you already have Laserfiche experience - Working architectural understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform is a strong asset - Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration fundamentals is beneficial - Understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI, RAG solution design, AI governance, data security, and responsible AI practices is preferred - Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Document Intelligence knowledge is a bonus - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft PL-900, AI-900, PL-200, PL-400, AI-102, or Laserfiche Certified Professional / Gold are an asset - Experience with municipal, public-sector, or regulated-industry clients is preferred - Background in software design, programming, or technical analysis is helpful - Experience delivering training and user onboarding is preferred - Knowledge of document management or workflow automation platforms is an asset - ---------------- - Contribute technical content to pre-sales materials, including proposals and RFP responses, as needed - Break opportunities into modules, deliverables, and rough estimates across Laserfiche and Microsoft solution options - Estimate project hours, timelines, and resource needs, and create high-level architecture and design outlines - Recommend the most suitable platform or combination of platforms based on client needs - Lead client discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover goals, pain points, and current processes - Map current-state and future-state processes and identify automation and AI opportunities - Gather, document, prioritize, and trace functional and technical requirements - Produce process maps, user stories, and functional specifications that connect client needs to developer execution - Facilitate solution validation sessions before build begins - Convert business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers - Decompose projects into actionable work items and assign tasks to programming staff - Maintain project schedules, track progress, and keep milestones on target - Serve as the main point of contact between us and the customer throughout the project lifecycle - Shape high-level document management and automation solutions using the right mix of Laserfiche and Microsoft 365 capabilities - Co-design solutions with our lead developer in an iterative, collaborative approach - Define how Laserfiche AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform components should work together to satisfy requirements - Guide developers during build and review their work against the agreed architecture and requirements - Apply generative AI and intelligent automation best practices to ensure sound and realistic solution design - Manage budgets, track hours, and keep delivery aligned with estimates - Prepare regular status reports for customers and internal stakeholders - Provide billing instructions for accounting, including progress payments and milestone invoicing - Own test planning and lead QA cycles for traditional and AI-driven solutions - Coordinate customer testing, gather feedback, and verify that delivered solutions meet requirements before release - Translate customer issues into rework tasks for developers and confirm fixes - Create training materials and deliver end-user training across Laserfiche and Microsoft solutions - Support customers during rollout and early adoption, and ensure a smooth transition to support and maintenance -
