**About the Company** QMS Consulting (QMS) is an Information Technology (IT) consulting firm specializing in Enterprise IT and Emerging Technology. **About the Role** QMS is seeking an IT Operations Analyst. The IT Operations Analyst supports mission-critical Federal IT programs by coordinating daily operations, facilitating Agile delivery, producing executive reporting, tracking work execution, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance through automation and continuous process improvement. The role partners with technical teams, program managers, and customers to ensure successful delivery and exceptional customer service. In this role, you should be detail-oriented with the ability to lead tasks, ensure the maintenance and performance of information assets. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this position. **Responsibilities** * Identify functional requirements, process improvements and automation opportunities. * Develop, implement and perform configuration and quality management activities. * Support software/application release lifecycle management activities across all environments. * Ensure proper governance of systems and documents. * Coordinate operational activities using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools. * Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, metrics, and risk registers. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and stakeholder communications. * Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. * Support customer delivery and mission execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support systems lifecycle activities. **Qualifications** * Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting IT operations, PMO, business analysis, or service delivery. * Bachelor's degree in related areas. * Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365. * Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. **Required Skills** * Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or ServiceNow experience. * Experience supporting Federal Government IT programs. * Knowledge of Agile and/or ITIL practices. **Pay range and compensation package** The anticipated compensation range for this position is $80,000--$85,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities of the role. **Equal Opportunity Statement** QMS Consulting is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
