This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants develop secure relationships and early communication skills through consistent care and sensory exploration. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months * Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision * Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities * Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment * Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom consistency * Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones * Follow Virginia licensing requirements **Qualifications** * High school diploma required * Prior childcare experience required * Experience working in an infant classroom preferred * Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
