The Industrial Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all assigned projects for the entire duration of the project lifecycle. This position will work closely with clients and internal team members to ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets are achieved. **Responsibilities** * Promote a safe, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment. * Oversee assigned projects throughout entire lifecycle; ensuring work meets all scope, specifications, codes, and quality requirements. * Coordinate schedules, resources, and daily workflow with shop and/or field teams to fulfill project timelines. * Manage budgets, timelines, and material procurement to maintain efficiency and profitability. * Interpret drawings, blueprints, and other project related requirements. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and specialty service providers; serving as the primary point of contact for all project related material and ensuring routine project updates are communicated. * Prepare and manage project documentation, including proposals, change orders, and records. * Enforce strict safety requirements to maintain a safe, compliant work environment. * Make technical decisions as necessary to resolve any project related issues. * Conduct project site visits as necessary to assess conditions, monitor progress, and ensure successful project completion. * Utilize company software tools such as B2W and Vista to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation. **Qualifications** * B.S. in Engineering or a related field highly preferred. * 5 years of industry experience in metal fabrication and/or mechanical contracting, with 2 years of that experience being in project management or a related role required. * Willingness to travel two hours or less from office location, 1-3 days per week, to job sites required. * Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and project requirements required. * Prior working experience with B2W and Vista highly preferred. * Strong written \& verbal communication skills and ability to interact/negotiate with various stakeholders required. * Excellent organizational skills required.
