HVAC Retrofit Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution • Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define goals and requirements • Oversee system commissioning, testing, and final delivery • Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction Budget \& Cost Control • Create, monitor, and manage project budgets • Track variances and implement corrective actions to stay on target • Develop and manage project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define goals and requirements Scheduling, Coordination and Resource Management • Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met • Allocate tasks and resources efficiently across teams and vendors • Adjust staffing and resources based on project needs Quality Assurance \& Client Communication • Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications and industry requirements • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high-quality deliverables • Act as primary point of contact for clients • Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly Team Leadership • Lead, support, and motivate project teams • Foster collaboration, accountability, and productivity Continuous Improvement • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance • Identify lessons learned and implement process improvements Qualifications: Requirements • Proven experience as an HVAC Project Manager or in a similar role in commercial HVAC industry. • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Florida code and general construction processes. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Effective communication and leadership abilities. • Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations. • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
