**Position Summary** We are a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company operating across North America and Latin America. We support cross-border e-commerce, warehouse operations, and freight logistics in a dynamic, high-growth environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead full-cycle recruitment for office, warehouse, and management positions. * Partner with business leaders on hiring plans, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning. * Handle employee relations matters, coaching, investigations, and disciplinary actions. * Support onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. * Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HR documentation, employee records, and policy administration. * Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations. * Support payroll, benefits, and other HR projects as needed. **Qualifications** * 6+ years of HR experience in recruiting, HR operations, HRBP, or employee relations. * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices. * Experience in logistics, warehousing, or fast-growing environments preferred. * Chinese language speaking is required.
