If you're passionate about people, strategy, and creating lasting workplace impact - we want to talk to you. 🙌**🔍 What You'll Do:** As an HRBP, you'll act as a strategic consultant, aligning HR practices with business goals and working closely with onsite and regional teams to drive success. You'll provide expert HR guidance, address employee relations issues, and help foster a culture of engagement and performance. 🧠💬✅ Resolve complex employee relations matters ✅ Support and coach leadership on performance management ✅ Improve employee morale, retention, and workplace culture ✅ Ensure legal and HR policy compliance across operations ✅ Conduct field visits, audits, trainings, and employee check-ins ✅ Identify workforce planning, training, and succession strategies ✅ Analyze HR metrics to drive proactive solutions ✅ Travel to properties (AL, AR, KS, LA, MO, NC, TN, WV) and Corporate HQ (Franktown, CO) as needed**🎯 What We're Looking For:** ✔️ Education \& Experience * Bachelor's (or Associate's with experience) in HR, Management, or related field * 5+ years in an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist role * PHR or SHRM Certification is preferred but not required * Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices * Skilled in conflict resolution, coaching, and performance guidance * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Intermediate Excel/Word proficiency * Experience with UKG is preferred but not required ✔️ Must-Have Knowledge of: * Recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle * HIPAA, Wage \& Hour laws, FLSA, EEOC, FCRA, etc. * Employee relations \& workplace investigations * Travel to property sites and HQ (as needed) 💸 Pay \& Perks: * $75,000-$85,000/year (DOE) * $45/month medical insurance (Blue Cross) * FREE dental \& life insurance * Vision and additional voluntary plans * 401(k) + 3% company match * Generous PTO, Paid Holidays, and Sabbatical * Tuition Reimbursement \& Paid Training * $500-$1,000 Referral Bonuses * Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply * Exclusive employee discounts (Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot \& more!) 🌟 Why Monarch?With over 77,000 units in 25 states, Monarch is the 8th largest multifamily owner in the U.S. We are privately owned - not a REIT - and we genuinely care about our people.
