We are a fast-growing global company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Human Resource Assistant** to join our team in Los Angeles. This role will support HR operations in the U.S., with a primary focus on recruitment coordination and administrative HR tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases * Support HR compliance by helping prepare documentation and tracking deadlines for employee-related matters * Assist in the coordination of benefits administration and employee inquiries * Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support general office administration as needed **Qualifications:** * 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, or administrative support. * Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages * Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices in the U.S. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or ATS is a plus * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
