If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be an employee of Amazon.* Job Summary: This position plays a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent to support the infrastructure services that power Amazon Web Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of candidate engagement, from initial outreach through reference checks, working closely with hiring managers and lead recruiters to understand business needs and build strategic sourcing plans. This role requires a balance of independent work and collaborative partnership, involving extensive dialogue with both internal stakeholders and external candidates across the United States. The position operates within established guidelines and processes while requiring the ability to adapt approaches based on specific hiring needs and candidate profiles . Responsibilitie s: • Source and recruit qualified candidates for infrastructure services positions supporting AWS cloud computing servi ces• Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate reference checks throughout the hiring proc ess• Partner with hiring managers and lead recruiters to conduct intake sessions and understand specific role requireme nts• Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to meet high-volume hiring go als• Initiate outreach to potential candidates through various channels including email and virtual communicat ion• Maintain regular dialogue with candidates to assess fit, answer questions, and guide them through the recruitment proc ess• Collaborate with team members to share learnings, best practices, and sourcing techniq ues• Manage relationships with both internal customers and external candidates simultaneou sly• Track and report on recruiting metrics and progress toward hiring go als• Adapt sourcing approaches based on feedback from hiring managers and recruitment outco mes Ski lls: • Technical recruiting expertise with demonstrated success in high-volume environ ments• Strong understanding of goal-driven performance metrics and accountab ility• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engag ement• Ability to balance independent work with collaborative team particip ation• Strategic thinking to build effective sourcing plans based on business needs• Relationship-building capabilities with both hiring managers and candi dates• Time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultane ously• Proficiency in candidate assessment and interviewing techn iques• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, concepts, and proce dures Exper ience: • Minimum 6 years of technical recruiting experience in high-volume envir onments• Alternatively, candidates with 1 year of successful experience at Amazon may be con sidered• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals in technology sectors Qualifi cations: • Experience recruiting within the technology industry is required This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun, engaging team environment where collaboration and knowledge-sharing are valued and encouraged.
