For our client, we are seeking a General Manager to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace \& Defense space. This leader will own overall business performance for an established manufacturing operation, with accountability for strategy, execution, and financial results. The role will partner closely with Operations, Finance, and customer-facing stakeholders to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, and support long-term market expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of commercial judgment, manufacturing leadership, and organizational transformation experience in a complex, technically driven environment. Location: Rancho Cordova, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $218,100 -- $290,800 annually **Responsibilities** * Lead overall business strategy and performance for the operation. * Own profit and loss responsibility, including financial forecasting. * Drive growth in revenue, profitability, and cash flow. * Lead teams across multiple functions, including Operations and Finance. * Develop long-term growth strategies and identify new market opportunities. * Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships. * Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean principles and data analytics. * Manage product and program portfolios for optimal performance. **Qualifications** * Strong strategic leadership and financial acumen required. * Proven ability to transform organizations and improve operations. * Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience with full P\&L accountability in manufacturing. * Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role in a $50M revenue environment. * Technical background in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management required. **Benefits** * Opportunities for organizational leadership development * Support for talent succession planning * Engagement in strategic investments and market exploration * Commitment to ethical business standards and practices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
