We're hiring a **Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer** for a client in **Pottstown, PA** that provides important services to an underserved population. This is more than a typical security position. You'll work closely with the client's staff to help maintain a safe, secure, and supportive environment for the people they serve. If you're looking for meaningful work where your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team truly matter, **we want to hear from you.** What You'll Do Your primary focus will be **exterior patrols, observation, communication, and teamwork.** Responsibilities include: * Conducting regular exterior patrols of the property, grounds, parking areas, and designated areas. * Maintaining a visible security presence. * Working in pairs as required by site procedures. * Supporting the client's staff during challenging or difficult situations. * Responding appropriately to disturbances, security concerns, and other incidents. * Observing and reporting unusual or potentially unsafe activity. * Helping maintain a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. * Communicating clearly with client personnel and your security team. * Completing accurate activity logs and incident reports. * Following site-specific post orders, procedures, and client requirements. * Obtaining and maintaining required certifications and clearances. Who We're Looking For This position requires more than security experience. Training and certification must be completed to meet site requirements for assigned shifts.
