**Position: Financial Analyst, Plant Finance** **Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time** **Location: Chester, SC** **Pay Range: $90k - $110k/Annum** **DAY TO DAY:** * This Financial Analyst will support financial operations across both Chester plants, working closely with the plant management teams and the corporate finance team in Canada. * Support month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting across both Chester plants. * Analyze standard costs, BOMs, product costs, and variances while partnering with plant leadership to understand operational performance. * Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities. **MUST HAVES:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. * 3-5 years of progressive financial analysis or accounting experience. * Strong cost accounting experience, standard costing and variance analysis. * Experience working with BOMs / Bill of Materials. * Experience supporting month end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations. * Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. * Understanding of manufacturing product costs and cost accounting principles. * Working knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS. * SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, or other manufacturing ERP experience. **PLUSES:** * JDE experience. * Experience supporting a manufacturing plant or multiple plants. * FP\&A experience. * Product costing, Inventory accounting experience. * Experience with production, scrap, and yield metrics. * CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation. **Benefits for FTE:**"This is a direct hire opportunity.
