Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for Finance Director / Business Partner Being a part of a global organization, the finance team in Americas is a key contributor to the global finance team. This role will report into the VP of Finance and work closely with our Finance Systems and Reporting Manager, revenue operations team and account managers. As part of a global finance team the Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing financial forecasting, analysis and insight into the performance of the Americas identity and location business. The key goal is to help the business understand their key drivers and to influence positive change. What you will do * Leading the monthly and rolling forecasting processes with current customers, utilizing the various planning tools as well as support the VP Finance with long-term business planning and budgeting for the region. * Work closely with our account manager team to make sure all variables impacting run-rate are reviewed and reflected in the forecast on a timely basis. * Working with the revenue operations team to interpret the revenue impact of the opportunity forecasts. * Variance analysis across the P\&L. * Responsible for entering and updating the full P\&L forecast into Workday Adaptive -- working with VP Finance * Leading on the production and delivery of in-depth financial analysis of business and financial trends to drive performance led discussions with business stakeholders. * Analyzing current product mix by customer and assessing profitability. * Gain deep understanding of the identity verification and fraud prevention market in our region, helping to identify underlying financial trends and support the business in crafting solutions to address customer needs. * Creating and maintaining complex business cases and financial models. * Offering transparent strategic insight through analysis. * Influencing at a senior level on strategic direction and driving profitability. * Working in unison with our Finance Systems and Reporting Manager to constantly look at ways to enhance business intelligence, reporting, forecasting, and planning. **What we're looking for** * CPA \*\*Optional\*\* * At least 5+ years' experience in accounting, both public and private * Working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS * Strong mathematical and analytical skills * High attention to detail * Good problem-solving and time management skills **Compensation:** $140,000 - $180,000 plus 15% bonus **SE:** 510793906
